Grants

Organizations must be invited by one of the current trustees to submit a grant proposal. Unsolicited grant requests are not accepted.

The Arnold Salter Family Foundation makes grants for operating support, special projects, capacity building, and capital projects. The foundation does not make grants to individuals, for scholarships, or for endowments.

In 2019, grants will range from $2,000 to $15,000. Although the foundation does not make multiple year grants, renewals will be considered on an individual basis.

Grants are made only to non-profit charitable organizations which are tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.’
